EDUCATION PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Crossroads Comedy Theater’s  core education program includes Longform Improv, Musical Improv, Sketch Comedy Writing, Stand-up Comedy with new skills and courses always on the horizon. We invite the best instructors in the area to guide you through each course in a safe, supportive, and fun environment.

We also welcome guest instructors from Indianapolis’ thriving arts scene and beyond to offer courses that supplement our core programs to strengthen the skills and stretch the muscles of our students.

At Crossroads Comedy Theater Indianapolis you can study a variety of disciplines, because we believe that learning one art can both supplement and complement the skills you gain from another. Improv can help you think faster on your feet as a stand-up comedian or allow you to approach writing from a new direction, comedy writing can strengthen your skills as a stand-up and help you think more narratively on the fly in an improv scene, and so on. Studying with Crossroads Comedy Theater can help you become the best, most well rounded improviser, writer, stand-up, or hobbyist that you can be.
